The Sutton Trust Community Group is a registered charity situated in the heart of Abbey Hulton in Stoke-on-Trent. Our core mission is to empower individuals to realise their full potential and become valued members of their communities. We firmly believe that every individual has the right to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life, regardless of their background or circumstances.

At the core of our work is the running of the Betty Rushton Community Gardens, home to a thriving community centre and an inviting on-site garden. The gardens provides a peaceful environment where individuals can foster connections with nature, facilitating light exercise, encouraging participation in gardening activities, and nurturing the development of new skills. In addition, we organise a variety of community events and celebrations, including the festive Christmas Light Switch On and the annual fireworks display.
